Jae Hyung Park, MD, is a board-certified pain management specialist who joined NovaSpine Pain Institute in September 2024. His extensive expertise enhances our capabilities in the Sun City and Glendale regions. Dr. Park offers a wide range of services, including spinal cord stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, and epidural injections.
Dr. Park holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an MD from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Pain Management at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, where he gained significant experience in managing chronic pain through diverse approaches.
Motivated by a commitment to enhancing patients’ quality of life, Dr. Park is dedicated to helping individuals restore their functionality and well-being. His residency provided him with valuable experience in both interventional and multimodal pain management.
Dr. Park is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the North American Neuromodulation Society, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the Spine Intervention Society, the American Medical Association, and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
He joined NovaSpine Pain Institute due to the organization’s alignment with his values and its dedication to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Park values the opportunity to work within a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality care.
Originally from Seoul, Korea, Dr. Park relocated to the United States during grade school. Following his fellowship, he settled in the Scottsdale area to be nearer to his family and friends. He frequently visits Korea to spend time with his sister, nephew, and extended family.
