I’ve been going to Nova Spine for many years. They have taken very good care of me. I have RA, which is an autoimmune and very horrible condition. Plus the fact I’ve had a bad back for many years and they were instrumental in connecting me with the really really good surgeon. And I had my surgery 2 1/2 years ago and I’m doing really well but I keep going back to Nova Spine as I said because of the RA and it affects &  attacks the muscles in my body and so they’ve been taking good care of me and my RA.

The entire group seems to be very professional, appointments are punctual, no long waiting in the waiting room. They have helped me with back and sholder pain over the last six or seven years. If they can not fix the problem they will provide referral options for you.

I had such a great experience at NovaSpine during my visit with Victoria. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to what’s been going on with my pain. Nothing felt rushed. She explained everything in a way that made sense, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I told Victoria about a fall that I had, and still having hip pain from it. She ordered a X-ray to be completed, but of course I put it off. But, when I finally made it to my X-ray, showed I had a fractured hip! So happy she pushed me to go get that X-ray, and felt better after my new hip was put in!
It’s rare to walk into a medical office and feel that level of compassion and professionalism at the same time, but Victoria delivered both. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward.
