Dr. P. Dean Cummings is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, disorders of the elbow, and bone health. He brings a holistic approach to care, emphasizing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Cummings believes that surgery should be considered only after all other options have been explored, stating, “A surgeon should not only be defined by his surgical skills, but by when he chooses to use them.”
He treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and speaks English and Greek. Dr. Cummings enjoys developing proactive bone health methodologies to promote overall orthopedic wellness. Outside of medicine, he spends time with his wife and six sons, and enjoys sports, cooking, travel, reading, and research.
