Michelle Hale is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Michelle is a Colorado native where she became a nurse in 2013 working in Ortho-Spine Med/Surge and in Family Practice at Kaiser Permanente. She received her Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in 2017 and received a Post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2021 from Morningside University.
Michelle has been specializing in pain management since 2023 and takes the time to listen to her patient’s needs and concerns, collaborating with them to develop individualized treatment plans.
Michelle and her husband, Eric, relocated to Phoenix in 2016 and enjoy spending time together exploring the desert off-roading, camping, cooking, watching movies, and playing in the pool with their dogs. They also enjoy spending time with their 2 adult children and their spouses.
Michelle is currently seeing patients at our Sun City and Sun City West locations.
